Other features to consider:- Porous Marble is a porous stone, which means Marble can absorb liquids and stains, making it harder to clean and needing regular sealing. Prone to Scratching While marble benchtops are highly durable, they are still prone to scratching. Sharp knives and other hard objects can leave marks on the surface, which can be difficult to remove. Requires Maintenance Seal the surface regularly and avoid acidic or abrasive cleaning products that can damage the stone. Requires stone-sensitive cleaners to maintain its appearance. |
